Is this a recurring monthly or yearly subscription?

The product price is a one-time fee. Your license will never expire, and you will never be rebilled.

Please note, however, that the price doesn’t include an online shape library that lets you store shapes on the ShapeChef servers and share them with others. Pricing for this optional feature starts at $9.99 per month for five users.

What does “Free Updates” mean?

Updates within the same major version (for example, from 1.0 to 1.1) are always free. Upgrades between major versions (for example, from 1.x to 2.x) typically involve a fee.

How does the money back guarantee work?

If you are not fully satisfied with ShapeChef within the first 30 days after your purchase, just drop us an email, and we will refund your money.

Am I allowed to install my ShapeChef copy on more than one computer?

A single license allows you to install and use ShapeChef on up to two different computers, provided you are the sole user of the program on those computers.
