ShapeChef is available only for PowerPoint 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 for Windows. We have looked into developing a Mac version of ShapeChef, but unfortunately, Office for Mac doesn’t provide the necessary interfaces.

The first thing you should check is whether you are using the latest version of ShapeChef. You can do this by clicking the Check for Updates button in the ShapeChef Ribbon.

To enter the license details, please start PowerPoint, and switch to the “ShapeChef” Ribbon. Next, click the “Enter License Code” button. You can then input the name and license code sent in your order confirmation email.
If the installation was successful but the ShapeChef Ribbon doesn’t appear, it’s possible that the add-in has been disabled by PowerPoint. You can check this by following the steps below:
If ShapeChef appears under Inactive Application Add-ins, you can activate it as follows:
